1. How Do I Contact You?
You can contact us anytime through the contact form located on our contact page. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM – 9PM EST and we generally respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
2. What Payment Methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also accept PayPal. All amounts are in US Dollars.
3. How Do I Track My Order?
After placing your order an email is sent to you containing a copy of your order and order number. When your order ships, you will also receive an email from PatioSunUmbrellas.com with your tracking numbers. You can check your delivery schedule on our website under "Order Status" and enter your order number, name or email address to track your order or just follow the link on the email we will send you with the tracking number for your order.
4. What Is The Shipping Cost?
Shipping Free for All the United States. Some Items can be shipped to Canada for free, please call us for more information.
5. Can I Ship To A Different Location?
No problem! On our checkout page, you simply select the "Ship to a different address" button and enter where you want us to deliver your order.
